Our Antique Library and Reading Chair was once found in the Cloisters Library from 12th century and spread over Europe.
Botanical Professor Carl Linnaeus made his private ‘Lecture Chair` already in 1741, when he was inspired by library chairs he used in Leiden - Netherland.

The Antique Original Lecture Chair of Linnaeus is still exposed today at his private home - outside Uppsala - at ‘Linnaeus Hammarby’. Watch the video clip below, and third part. Actually, we also carpet the historical replica (exact copy) and use rare wood from the origin Linnaeus Garden in Uppsala.
